What is the payment process like?

I require a 25% deposit and a contract signed to book any session. I accept CashApp, Venmo, or a mailed check. I also accept debit/credit with a small fee upon request. The entire amount is due one month before a wedding, and for any other session, full payment is due the day of.

How far will you travel for my session?

Included in my pricing is 60 miles of travel for weddings and 30 miles for other sessions. Based in Belleview. Travel fees may apply for anything outside that range.

Do you give out raw photos?

Accepted Answer

No, I do not for several reasons. Firstly, the raw photos straight from my camera usually can't be opened without certain editing programs. Secondly, the raw photos are not my finished products. Thirdly, the files are extremely large and hard to share.

How long does it take to receive our photos?

My editing process typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations!

What should we wear?

I always recommend wearing neutral tones (like beige, cream, white, tan, olive, or soft pastels) because they photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you —not your outfit. Avoid large logos, loud colors, or too many bold patterns, as they can be distracting. Coordinating outfits (rather than perfectly matching) works best for families. And most importantly-wear something you feel comfortable and confident in! If you need help deciding, I'm happy to give feedback or send inspiration!

Where should we have the session?

I have a list of favorite spots around the Ocala area that photograph beautifully in natural light-whether you're looking for open fields, wooded areas, downtown vibes, or something more unique. And I'm always open to ideas if you have a special location in mind!

What time should we book?

Accepted Answer

If doing an outdoor session, I highly recommend we schedule our session during golden hour to get the best results and lighting possible. If we are indoors, like during a lifestyle newborn session, I recommend noticing when the most sunlight comes through your favorite room in your home.

What if it rains?

Florida weather can be unpredictable, but don't worry, I always keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session. If rain looks likely, we'll either adjust the start time or reschedule to the next available date that works for you. I want you to love your photos and enjoy your session, so I'll work with you to make sure we still get beautiful results, rain or shine! And if it's your wedding day, maybe we'll plan on having some cute umbrellas!
